The Smith Family is a national, independent children’s charity helping disadvantaged Australians to get the most out of their education, so they can create better futures for themselves. We are now seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Platform Manager to join our growing team.
Reporting to the CIO and working with a dedicated and high-performing team, this pivotal role will lead the development and operation of the Dynamics CRM Platform, including its availability, architecture, security, budget and strategic roadmap contributing to The Smith Family’s vision.
A day in the life of our Dynamics Platform Manager might look like this, but every day can be different. Primarily, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of Developers and Business Analysts
- Ensuring key relationships with external and internal stakeholders are managed successfully
- Delivery of change initiatives to support key business objectives
- Ensuring the platform is operating as designed and service levels are achieved
- Managing the platform budget
It takes a special kind of person to be our Dynamics Platform Manager. Our successful candidate will bring the following:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology
- Proven Dynamics CRM development experience
- Strong customer focus
- Solid experience managing a team
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong trouble shooting skills
