Our client is looking for a Change Manager/Analyst in order to join this fantastic organisation for a 12 month fixed term with strong possibilities of renewals after the initial period.

Essential requirements for this role:

Relevant degree or equivalent relevant experience;
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Agile) and practical application to enhance change management success;
Proven experience in supporting the delivery of successful end-to-end change management projects;
Proven experience in managing stakeholder engagement and communications and associated change and transition activities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to working consultatively and collaboratively with stakeholders;
Ability to confidently engage with all levels of the business.
