NineWire provides comprehensive I.T. services to small and medium businesses across Australia. Join our highly technical team for all day to day aspects of supporting our customers and completing projects. As well as the technical requirements, demonstrating strong interpretation, communication skills and effective follow up, we are seeking a friendly and committed team member who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done and satisfy our customers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Inventory System using our inventory software (hardware, software, IT peripherals, etc)
- User and Email account management, adding and removal of new and old users
- Server maintenance (updates, deleting cached files etc)
- Providing basic WAN support
- Maintaining Server backups for all clients and ensure backed up successfully
- Managing Helpdesk tracking system and allocating jobs where required
- Managing and Maintaining Remote Monitoring tools
- Working with VMware
- Backup and Recovery technologies (StorageCraft, Veeam)
Ideally you will have:
- Experience providing 2nd Level Support/build/deploy following technologies: Server 2003/2008/2012, Exchange, AD, Terminal Services, VMWare
- ConnectWise and N-Able experience
- Experience in Windows server environment
- Microsoft certification
- Networking and VMWare experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously
