About the Company
The financial services arm of a global market leader with an iconic brand. They are in an exciting business growth phase and are looking to improve processes and utilise technology platforms to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
About the Role
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of improving processes and moving them from paper-based and manual to automated and digital.
Duties
- Drive project delivery and solution adoption across multiple business units;
- Build relationships with relevant stakeholders and coordinate the analysis of customer data to drive potential solutions;
- Provide accurate and concise information to the PMO Lead and the CIO in terms of status reporting on scope, deliverables, financials etc; and
- Work effectively with the broader PMO and IT team in delivering satisfactory outcomes on this project.
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience working in a Project Manager capacity delivering workflow improvements;
- Delivery-focused approach with strong multi-tasking capabilities, attention-to-detail and ability to evaluate large volumes of data relevant to the program;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to a variety of personalities; and
- Ability to proactively problem solve on-the-go, with strong attention to detail and a big picture mindset.
