- Initial 6 month contract with extensions
Our client seeks a capable Senior PMO Coordinator to play a key role in a new Program/PMO team as it kicks off a 2 year IT transformation program.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop Program Status Reports.
- Assist Program Manager in developing steering committee packs.
- Manager program level risks and issues.
- Coordinate program schedules and deliverables.
Experience and skills required:
- Experience in multi-level reporting across a range of projects and programs.
- Experience in establishment and application of Program Management Office standards and processes.
- Experience in working within a structured project management framework such as PRINCE2.
- Familiarity with program management approaches and phases of the program management lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project.
