Short Description: As a Consultant, you will have to engage with Client Stakeholders to provide consulting services.

 
Roles and Responsibilities:

• To act as SME for Success factors solution to any customer
• To lead Success Factors track for any implementation, integration or support processes
• To facilitate and completely own the solution for the implementation and support of Success Factors processes to enhance the client’s business
• Suggest solutions to customer based on best business practices so that Customer gets Business benefits by following the standard processes.
• Assist in the development of business process descriptions.
• Conduct implementation & training workshops: This is particularly required for Success Factors Power users and then guidance for end-user training. 
• Provide guidance on end-user documentation.
• Provide guidance on test plan: How to test Success Factors functionality for the required Business processes and ensure that all scenarios are covered.
• Conduct unit tests based on customer defined scenarios
• Coordinate with SAP HR ECC Consultants for Integration requirements
• Provide Functional Specifications to Technical team for any Customized developments

Skill / Experience Requirements:

Essential :

• Experience with Data migration and Data Management activities in SF 
• Good Knowledge of MDF objects, rules and Workflows 
• Experience defining, implementing and supporting HCM business process.
• Knowledge on Success Factors modules: PM & GM, LMS, EC Payroll, Success Planning, Onboarding, Recruitment,     Compensation & Variable Pay, Integration with On-premise SAP solution
• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

Preferred:

• 8+ years of relevant consulting experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Success Factors rollout and Support of EC along with Time-off 
• Associate Certification in at least one of the modules in SucessFactors is a mandatory; Professional certification will     be an added advantage
• Demonstrable experience in configuring and testing to customer requirements
• Experience with traditional SAP ECC HCM will be an added advantage
• Good Understanding of incident and change management Process.

• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
