About the Role:

The Business Analyst/Engagement Lead will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide business analysis and stakeholder engagement expertise, working with a range of stakeholders across Government. As the Business Analyst on the team they will be responsible for conducting research, data analysis, and in depth analysis of existing business processes, data and products and services both internal and external to government. They will work with other subject matter experts, to discover the right content and data, analyse the outcomes to provide insights and recommendations for the team and stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

Essential skills and experience

• Experience as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst
• Experience in performance and experience measurement
• Experience translating data to insights and visualisations
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience working with a range of federal government stakeholders
• Proven experience working within an Agile environment and working across organisational boundaries and physical locations to deliver services and product outcomes
• Experience participating in user research activities and synthesis

Nice-to-have skills and experience

• Knowledge of government policies/regulations related to measurement and reporting
