Due to the increasing number of upcoming projects, we are currently seeking the expertise of a Technical Architect to provide infrastructure coordination and supervision related to design and setup activities at different stages of a new IT Operations Centre.
This position will require you to:
- Supports and participate in the implementation of the IT Operations environment set up and migration across multiple data centres
- Document the detailed design, configuration, operation, DR plan, systems transition, support plan, and test strategy/plan of the IT Operations environment
- Troubleshoot problems by analysing root causes and evaluating multiple solution options
Key Selection Criteria
- Technical Architecture and Engineering capabilities across all layers of a datacentre including:
- Application servers (physical and virtual),
- Applications layer
- Networks and connectivity layers
- Disk, storage and backup and disaster recovery
- Security, identity and access management
- High-availability
- System and application monitoring
- Workstations and compute layers
