Both permanent and contract roles available offering competitive salaries/rates.
The right candidates must have great communication skills and be able to work either by themselves or in a team. Problem solving and fast thinking are key, as well as being able to prioritise the work and complete efficiently. A strong technical background is needed, as they will mainly be level 2 support positions working with various systems/technologies.
The role will include overviewing all maintenance and implementation of the company’s IT infrastructure.
Duties –
Provide 1+2 level support
Offer high quality guidance and advice for various technologies
Communicating with staff across the company
Escalate issues as appropriate in accordance with published procedures
Installing and swapping out hardware
Skills –
At least 1 year’s commercial experience working in Desktop Support
Working with windows operating systems (7,10)
Office 365 experience
Great communication, both written and verbal
Responding to a ticket-based support system
Passion for technology and innovation
