About the business and the role

Experience selling professional and implementation services linked to HR & Recruitment Apps into Enterprise companies is essential. 

Our Australia and New Zealand Consulting Sales Team is expanding and we need an experienced professional services sales superstar to sell Oracle Consulting Services into Enterprise and Mid-Market organizations.

We need experienced services sellers from software vendors, SIs, consulting practices or business partners, to leverage existing relationships and forge new relationships amongst our prospects either as the lead rep, or collaborating with sales reps from other lines of business and Key Account Directors.

    Job tasks and responsibilities

    A day in your life at Oracle could include:

    • Monitoring your 30/60/90 day success plans to ensure you hit quota consistently while building a healthy pipeline of future opportunities.
    • Managing all aspects of the client relationships and expanding into new clients with a focus on selling consulting professional services.
    • Independently and in conjunction with your HCM, ERP & CRM colleagues, develop consulting opportunities.
    • Working with business partners to craft solutions as required
    • Prepare, respond to and manage Oracle client proposals and develop and deliver client presentations for end-to-end business solutions.
    • Leading or taking part in the account planning and strategic development for targeted accounts while fostering relationships with clients.

    Skills and experience

    • Software Vendor, SI and/or HCM Services Sales successful track record essential
    • SaaS Apps experience also essential, could be HR, Payrol, Recruitment or LMS
    • Proven ability to sell cloud consulting services to business customers at CxO level
    • Proven ability to operate in a networked environment (matrix-model, multiple reporting/interaction-lines)
    • Tenacious 'can-do' attitude coupled with curiosity, problem solving skills and client-focused approach to selling.
    • Consultative selling style where value is demonstrated on every opportunity
