EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Advocacy Tasmania (ATI) would like to invite Expressions of Interest in the role of Systems and Operations Specialist. The Systems and Operations Specialist will be responsible for a range of project, operational and administrative tasks. This is a key role within the organisation with a major focus on dashboard reporting, eLearning, information systems and data quality and analysis. The successful applicant will report directly to the Deputy CEO.
The incumbent will be expected to co-ordinate aspects of ATI’s information, administration, and technological systems and will develop and progress a variety of projects within the organisation. The incumbent will improve operations and systems that focus on technological systems and support the organisation’s Mental Health Tribunal Representation Scheme (MHTRS). The incumbent will also provide high-level and ongoing support and relief for the MHTRS Manager and other employees as required.
Monitoring, assessing and ensuring ATI’s compliance, financial and reporting obligations are met, including requirements from funding agreement, legislation and both internal and professional standards will also be crucial in this role.
We are seeking the services of an experienced systems and operations specialist who can demonstrate high level knowledge and professionalism in relation to the primary tasks associated with this position. This appointment will be on a fixed-term basis and will be located in Hobart.
