Great opportunity to come onboard and be part of this progressive not-for-profit organisation in a newly created and varied role where he will offer IT support on a daily basis. 6 month contract that could lead to a permanent role. Inner West Location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing internal IT support to staff on a national basis
Assist with a range of problems, such as Skype, printer, phone, tablets, desktop or laptop issues
Activate swipe cards for new starters
Liaising and supporting staff on all levels to rectify problems
Working on projects – writing up documents and training manuals

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Experience providing technical support
Strong IT skills
Relevant qualifications
Excellent communication skills
