This Full-Time role has a strong focus in customer support and comprises of a diversified role including web page design and IT network administration.

The ideal candidate would possess experience in the following:

Web Page Design

• Web page design
• Experience developing in CMS, Joomla and PHP.
• Solid knowledge of CMS platforms like SilverStripe, WordPress and Magento
• Front end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge)
• Experience with Domain hosting, Hosting platforms and DNS records
• Experience in digital marketing - AdWords . and Facebook
• Experience with Google Analytics.

IT Network Administration

• Managing a Windows AD Environment and Administering Exchange/Office 365
• Desktop and Server application troubleshooting
• Basic IT hardware repairs and reconfigurations, including repairs of PC and servers.
• Helpdesk environment – Resolving level 1and 2 incidents (by phone and remote)
• Basic Firewall, Modem/Router, WiFi configurations and deployment
• Patching and troubleshooting connectivity issues

Requirements for the role:

• Drivers license
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
• Organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize as needed
