Role Snapshot
You will be responsible for driving gaming stakeholders, technology division teams and regulators to successfully achieve the agreed scope, objective and deliverable for Regulated systems.
How you will contribute
- Manage the budget
- Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver their projects
- Work within the Tabcorp development methodology and project management methodology, technology change management and other corporate processes
- In a regulated environment, communicate with diverse stakeholders including the state regulators, government representatives, project teams and other Tabcorp corporate stakeholders
- Manage vendors to deliver
- Deliver business change management within Tabcorp’s and external stakeholders such as venues and industry bodies
Our Ideal Person
Essential for success in this role, is demonstrated leadership on large, complex and technology enabled-programs of work (budgets between $5-20m). You will display superior communication, influencing and negotiation skills to collaborate and persuade stakeholders over whom you have no direct control to resolve issues and achieve successful outcomes. You will be flexible and adaptable to the ever changing requirements and priorities of the role willing to travel interstate at short notice. As a thought leader you will understand how people operate and rally the team and bring them on the same journey.
- Project management methodology certification (Agile and waterfall) with demonstrated experience working with an Agile approach to delivery, within waterfall contractual obligations
- Extensive line and project management skills of no less than 20 years.
- Worked with Agile systems development methodologies, with a UX focus
- Experience working with regulators
- Experience in a large corporate organisation and an appreciation of corporate cultural issues and formal and informal relationships
