About the role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a team of Research Analysts in servicing the entire RAA Group and help influence corporate strategy by providing timely insights based on quality market research.
Reporting to the Research Manager, Research, Data & Analytics, the Market Research Analyst will contribute to team efforts by analysing market behaviour and attitudes from multiple sources of data on adhoc and tracking projects. The role requires an individual to support the research function to deliver high quality projects across the broader RAA research program and provide quality service to our internal stakeholders.
The Market Research Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
• Coordinate market research including project planning, development, analysis and reporting;
• Liaise with stakeholders and work with the Research team to plan and deliver projects to meet targeted objectives;
• Provide meaningful, accurate and timely insights to inform business decisions;
• Assist with advanced & predictive analytics as required;
• Actively seek ways to improve the research capability of RAA;
• Proactively advance RAA’s data assets.
What you need:
• Well-developed written & verbal communications skills and experience understanding business problems;
• Ability to maintain effective & collaborative relationships;
• Proven ability to deliver in an environment that is evolving and requires understanding and communication of complex requirements and solutions;
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience;
• Microsoft Office, data analysis and reporting skills and exposure to survey tools.
