As the Services Application Consultant you will be responsible for configuring and deploying at our clients’ sites our mining solutions through requirements gathering, solution design, project delivery, training, and issue resolutions. You will implement technology and ensure implementation projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. #mining #consultant #software

What will your role be?

Interpret the customer requirements and demonstrate the product value to define the appropriate methodology documentation (eg. create requirement specification)
Manage initial positioning, creation of technical application usages and ensure accuracy of collateral provided to the Customer
Conduct or contribute to a proof of concept (if applicable)
Support end-users on the use of DS Products
Ensure liaison between client and R&D to ensure timely resolution of issues raised by client
Realize project gains through the use of Lean Engineering principle, automation and simulation
Activate brand offering by creating simulation inputs off-site
Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure re-usability

Your key success factors:

Backgroung in customer services and/or teaching experience
Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Experience in strategic consulting
Application Best Practices
Business process fit-gap analysis
Strong technical solution consulting experience
