About the role
We require a new team member to join our Service Fulfilment team with excellent communication, customer service and a willingness to learn and contribute to a great team.
You will be a member of our Service Fulfilment Team supporting corporate internal and external clients across a wide variety of industries with a range of mobile devices.
As a member of our team you will be required to support and provide high level of customer service to our clients. Display the ability to navigate with ease and provide regular updates using our ServiceNow tool.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to empathise and prioritise customer needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Have attention to detail
Highly Desirable but not Essential:
- Experience in a Call Centre or Service Desk
