Our client is a fantastic Australia-wide franchisee operation.

They have recently implemented NetSuite across its branches Australia-wide. As part of this implementation they require 2 Trainers to support the user group.

The desirable skills for this 12 month fixed term role are:

• Work with a network of franchisees and use your knowledge to coach, train, advise and support them
• Take ownership of the administration and support of the Netsuite System and associated systems
• Improve and update training material
• Deliver a new improved training module with assessments
• Take direction form the IT Manager to identify training requirements for franchisees and their staff across the network

Experience required:

• At least 2 years’ experience with a medium to large retail ERP system in training, administration and/or support role
• NetSuite technical
• A love of delivering on the job training to others
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation skills)
• A love of travel – this role will require frequent travel throughout Australia
