Your New Career Opportunity

As a member of a small internal team, you will be working with other members of the IT Department & vendor staff to support day to day business operations, together with a wide range of IT Transformation projects designed to help the business through a significant growth phase and implement the right technology tools for the future.

Responsibilities:  

• Support a range of systems upgrade, enhancement and replacement projects.
• Day to day maintenance of IT systems
• End user desktop support for a range of applications (primarily Microsoft stack).
• Desktop and infrastructure hardware provisioning & maintenance.
• Networking – patching, security & maintenance.
• Telephony & video communications.
• Mobile phone & tablet provisioning and support.
• Active Directory & Group Policy.
• Access control & security.

  Skills & Experience desired:

• Windows Systems administration – 2008 Server through Windows 10
• Dynamics AX/NAV/CRM/SharePoint Administration & Maintenance
• Office, Office 365 & Exchange
• Microsoft SQL Server and database maintenance & administration
• Azure/DevOps experience
• Active Directory & Group Policy Maintenance
• Networking – Design and implementation of VPN tunnels / IPSec / BGP / Firewalls
• Server & workstation patching and update management
• Access Control

• Relevant skills and/or qualifications.
• A minimum of 5 years relevant commercial experience.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client facing skills.
