12 month contract.  Our client, a well known organisation in Melbourne is seeking a Network Security Engineer.

The role includes BAU, upgrades and refreshers, as well as the ongoing operational support and provisioning of the organisation's network security services.   The successful candidate will be responsible for using their strong knowledge and experience with Cisco routers and switches, Fortigate, and F5.

This is a contract role and an ABN is required.

 To be successful in this role you will need:

·        Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry certifications

·        CCNP is required

·        Demonstrated Network Security Engineering experience gained within large environments

·        Excellent knowledge and experience in the support and provisioning of Cisco routers and switches  

·        Experience managing network and security performance by monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting and continuous improvement so as to optimise performance

·        highly regarded Any experience using / supporting Fortigate and F5 is

·        Strong team work skills with the ability to work independently and proactively as needed

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills with superior documentation skills
