IQPC has been providing IT services to small businesses in Perth for over 20 years. We are a small company providing mainly break-fix support, but transitioning to Managed Services.

About you
You are a seasoned IT support professional. You may have tertiary qualifications, you may have done industry training, or perhaps you've just been in the game for a long time.
Over the years you have helped hundreds of small businesses with their technology needs. You can provide high-level technical advice and solutions.
You are happy, confident, have a passion for technology, and genuinely get a kick out of helping people.
Your role
- Providing Level 2 onsite, remote and help desk support
- Performing general computer and server hardware maintenance
- Server and network administration
- Consulting with clients on their current and future IT requirements.
- Designing and implementing new computer networks for new and existing clients.
- Assembling and configuring new hardware such as workstations and servers.
Your skills
- Minimum of 3 years working in the IT support industry – at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Excellent proficiency in the English language – both written and verbal.
- Relevant industry or tertiary qualification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Sound technical troubleshooting methodology.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Comprehensive technician knowledge, including a high proficiency in each of the following:
- Remote user support (TeamViewer, etc).
- Windows (and Mac OSX preferred) operating systems.
- Office 2007 and later versions.
- Windows Server 2008/R2 and later versions.
- Active Directory.
- Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 hosting.
- Configuration of Apple and Android smartphones and tablets.
- PC hardware assembly and troubleshooting.
- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- WiFi and networking in general
The package includes a mobile phone, laptop, and a private vehicle allowance. You must live within 30km radius of the Perth CBD, hold a valid C class driver's license with an excellent driving record, and provide your own vehicle.
