Our Client is a flourishing business that has integrated a number of merged entities into the group. They are now undertaking a large infrastructure build project that requires a dedicated, hands on Support Officer to carry out important environment tasks to ensure the project meets it's deadline.

This role will join an existing team of Support professionals to work on an in-house environment.  The person will provide mainly Level 1 phone and Level 2 User/systems support. 

This presents a great opportunity for someone that likes to keep busy within a tech environment.  


To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for:

  • Commercial experience in an environment greater than 400 users. 
  • Experience in Windows systems support (user, passwords, email, printer etc).
  • Experience with remote support tools mandatory.
  • Solid documentation and ITIL, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Desktop, Networking protocols.
  • Exposure with devices, highly regarded.
  • Exposure to other OS would be highly regarded.
  • Ability to work on call logging systems
  • Ability to resolve at first instance, first and second level support to users via the phone.
  • Excellent communication skills -  both written and verbal is required. 

The person must be extremely customer focused and be a team player.

12 month fixed term salaried. 

Salary range $70-$75k package (base + super)
