Having recently won a large international bid of work, several roles have been created starting on an initial contract with the possibility of going Permanent for the right Candidate.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for delivering a number of large Project initiatives end-to-end, managing a wide variety of stakeholders. You will be primarily based at the head office in Port Melbourne (onsite parking provided) with possible travel required to client sites.
Ideally, you will have an Engineering background, or be very technically strong, to be able to communicate effectively with an experienced Network Engineering team.
You will feel comfortable in small to medium sized organisations and be adaptable, working well in a Dynamic environment.
This client is looking for people to take accountability for their work, offering the possibility of Permanent engagements after an initial contract.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Technically savvy across Infrastructure Technologies
- Ability to manage either large projects or multiple small to medium sized projects of different levels of complexity
- Hands on experience in Project/Program Management, Project Scheduling, Risk Management, Resource Planning, Reporting and Budgeting
- Excellent Senior Stakeholder Management, negotiation and influencing skills, can communicate well to all levels of the business
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience managing high performing teams
- You will hold relevant formal qualifications and certifications
- Ability to prioritise, influence and track delivery of conflicting tasks and activities
- Advantageously, you may have Retail, Supply Chain, Utilities or Education experience.
