Our Professional Services team is hiring multiple Business Process Consultants in all major Australian cities.
What You Get to Do:
Enable is looking for a talented and experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultants with strong client stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering and business process re-engineering skills with the ServiceNow platform.
The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant role will work closely with our external clients and internal technology project teams to achieve this outcome within our standard project delivery methodologies.
Day to Day:
- Driving specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders
- Provide guidance to the client and to ServiceNow technical resources in the implementation of the to/be processes
- Lead clients in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow functional capabilities and in their efforts to improve their business processes
- Completing, developing and improving required documentation such as process flow diagrams, roles/responsibilities, workshop agendas, presentations, gap analysis reports
- Identifying areas of business process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommending solutions that detail pros, cons and risks
- Juggle multiple and complex projects and initiatives
- Promoting continuous process improvement practices
- Supporting specific sales activities when required
- Managing and communicating business process and business requirements ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the customer's expectations
- Providing training and mentoring to other members of the services team
- Business travel annually, driven by customer needs and internal meetings depending on your personal situation
What we need from you:
- Proven experience in defining and deploying 'to be' ITSM/HR/CSM processes and in identifying solutions from a technology perspective
- Solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating process documentation
- Knowledge of the processes utilized in a Shared Services environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Visio, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to Human Resources sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems
- Experience in analysing and recommending Human Resources strategies based on business priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Proven team player and team builder
What Certifications We Need You to Have:
Ideally you have ServiceNow certification .You will have knowledge of Business Process Methodology working knowledge of cloud concepts and architecture.
