We are seeking an experienced Citrix Engineer to join our Infrastructure team as our Citrix Subject Matter Expert.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Implementation of new technologies
- Building and maintaining TS/Citrix XenApp environments
- Maintaining/upgrading Microsoft environments (Exchange/SQL/Windows server)
- Adhere to SLA's and ensure KPI compliance
- Provide 3rd level escalation for blueAPACHE's Service Desk
- Attend customer sites for implementation and maintenance
The ideal candidate is a senior systems engineer with extensive Citrix implementation experience. Required technical skills include:
- Citrix Xenapp
- Citrix NetScaler
- Citrix XenMobile
Desirable Skills:
- Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Virtualisation (VMware, HyperV)
- Networking (Cisco, HP)
- Storage (SAN, NAS)
- Veeam Backup and Replication
You will ideally have a current Microsoft Technical Certifications such as MSCE Server Infrastructure / Messaging, Citrix CCA (or higher) and/or proven significant industry experience.
Favourable consideration will be given to candidates who have other certifications from vendors such as HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Veeam or VMware.
