The Department of Transport and Main Roads, (TMR) is a diverse organisation covering areas such as policy, legislation, engineering, road and bridge building and marine services across Queensland. Information Technology Branch (ITB) provides the core ICT product and services that the department needs in order to achieve it's outcomes.

 

As an Enterprise Architect you will be responsible for developing the overall vision underlying enterprise system solutions and transforming the solution into a high quality, cost effective and sustainable ICT architecture execution.

  • Tertiary qualified and with certification in TOGAF 9 and Agile, you will also use your experience in Enterprise Information Management, (inclduing Data architecture, integration, governance, quality and Master Data Management to : 
  • Lead, participate, guide and influence the development of TMR enterprise architecture,based on industry best practices and customer needs.
  • Collect and analyse customer requirements to develop strategies and roadmaps considering the enterprise architecture requirements, guiding principles and business drivers.
  • Contribute and inform in estimations of high-level initiatives using awareness of contemporary infrastructure design, application development techniques, methodologies, financial principles and analytical techniques.
