Our Federal Government client is looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master for a contract opportunity based in Canberra.As the Scrum Master, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex Agile based project delivery and coach the teams about agile scrum to ensure successful deliverables across work packages.
Criteria:
- 3+ years' Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment
- Stakeholder management, negotiation & communication skills
- Highly skilled in estimation and planning. Know how to create useful and reliable practical plans for software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
- Experience in leading Agile teams
