An exciting opportunity has opened up in a Health based global organisation not far from North Sydney. They are seeking an experienced Level 2/3 service desk analyst to join their team to provides responsive "first-point-of-contact" customer service and technical support to organisation's IT users by diagnosing and troubleshooting incidents in an efficient and effective manner to meet the IT department’s operational objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to progress their career into a Network focused direction.
Essential for this role is:
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in an IT support role or helpdesk/ service desk environment
- Proven incident analysis and resolution skills
- Demonstrated hardware diagnostic skills
- Demonstrated working knowledge of core and non-core applications
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Computer Literacy across the Microsoft office suite of programs and Windows desktop operating systems
