As a Business Improvement Analyst, you will join a team of specialised experts that work within our clients Product, Consumer and Digital teams to revamp, redesign, or maintain existing and new processes.
  
You will be responsible for quantifying current state process performance, identifying the key improvements required to improve performance and facilitating implementation of changes and assessment of benefits. You will provide input on the initiatives identified and being prioritised as to whether they will have simplification process improvement opportunities and potential benefits. You will also liaise with stakeholders and customers and leverage data to understand the e2e initiative through current state assessments and value stream mapping.  
  
Key Accountabilities

• Identify and deliver process improvements and efficiency savings through the revision of business processes with minimal technology changes
• Developing and documenting 'As Is' and 'To Be' process maps in compliance to enterprise process mapping standards and tools (e.g BPMN 2.0 notations)
• Deliver prioritised Business Improvement Initiatives across the Division to achieve productivity targets and improvement customer experience (includes end to end project management of allocated initiatives)
• Work with the provided process modelling framework to mentor and support a business wide cultural change to continuous process and performance improvement
• Conduct thorough diagnosis of business processes and operations, document and present recommendations and provide detailed assessment of cost, benefits and risks
• Facilitate workshops and projects with broad cross-section of stakeholders, customers and partners to deliver the right outcome

Key Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in business analysis, business process mapping and business process re-engineering
• Demonstrated experience in building and cultivating effective partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders from idea to delivery
• Detailed understanding of project management disciplines (eg Prince2, PMBoK, Agile) and process improvement methodologies eg Six Sigma, Lean tools)
• Demonstrated experience in self-motivating, self-directed value driven working style with ability to partner with business teams to improve their processes and process knowledge 
• Knowledge of business requirements gathering, analysis and process mapping techniques
