It Help Desk, Admin and Sales support role for new Medical Software

cosmedcloud is a new end to end cosmetic medicine software platform currently being launched in Australia. We are looking for an IT Help Desk person to assist the development team due to the large volume of enquiries. Specifically:

About Us

• Cosmetic medicine end to end system for practice management
• Designed specifically for cosmetic medicine and allied sectors
• Dedicated and experienced team based in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast

The Role

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support to clients and their teams
• Provide on-call services for urgent incidents
• Provide sales follow up of  incoming leads and enquiries
• Provide admin support to the lead developer and fellow developers
• Develop training materials
• Role is full time and based in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast

Requirements

• Proven track record in a similar type role
• Ability to communicate and consult with clients in a positive and professional manner
• Solid understanding of software architecture / solutions
• Experience with medical or allied billing/practice management software
• Desirable but not essential – exposure to cloud based software, C# and React/JavaScript, understanding of Xero and experience with CRM's such as HubSpot
• Relevant IT degree, TAFE or Diploma qualifications
• Must be a team player as well as be able to work autonomously
• professional telephone manner and customer service skills
• Able to work some late nights or Saturdays based on a roster
