We have an exciting, full time opportunity for a highly organized, analytical team player to join our business in the role of M3 Systems Analyst.
This is a pivotal role within the SA based IT team and to be successful you will require 3 to 5 years of previous work experience in a similar role and have an excellent knowledge of the M3 MRP System.
Essential Experience
- Strong ability to problem solve, multi task and prioritise multiple projects.
- An ability to document systems and workflows in a user-friendly way.
- Ability to coach and train M3 users.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to create user friendly reports as required.
- Previous experience/knowledge of managing/supporting an M3 system.
Desirable Skills
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise workload to meet or exceed deadlines.
- Experience of enhanced EDI Process and Maps.
- Ability to revise M3 MOM Documents.
- Ability to maintain eSales.
- Ability to maintain Lawson Warehouse Mobility.
- Sound RPG/CL Skills.
- Knowledge of Labelling applications.
- A confident, team player, can do attitude.
- The ability to think on your feet and outside the square
Qualifications
- ITIL Certification
