Client
My client is one of the largest IT distribution companies acting as the intermediary between global vendors and customers. They are located 15 minutes from Sydney's CBD and they are easily accessible by public transport.
Role
The selected candidate will be working with internal stakeholders and team members on efficiency improvements on their Salesforce platform and internal systems .You will also be working on an ERP integration and a range of BAU projects such as application enhancements,marketing projects and more.
You will be working in a smaller team, so it will suit a BA who can work autonomously, drive processes and documentation, is adaptable and has some diverse industry experience.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a business analyst role.
- Experience with Salesforce & Netsuite ERP
- Strong reporting background (SQL) and documentation process ability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- IT distribution experience will be advantageous but not necessary.
- Proven experience in delivering projects meeting agreed deliverables using the SDLC and/or Agile/ KANBAN Frameworks
- Strong documentation skills
