The Role
Finite are currently seeking a Project Coordinator with 5 + years’ experience for a long-term contract opportunity with a Federal Government department in Canberra. This opportunity is only open to Australian Citizens with a current government security clearance, or the ability to obtain one (Baseline minimum).

A Project Support Officer is required to support the project/program management and governance aspects of an ongoing ICT delivery program for the department. The role assists with project reporting and maintains projects documentation and it also supports the Senior Project Manager as required

Criteria:

• Demonstrated 4+ years' experience in IT programme management in Government or industry equivalent.
• Proven performance as a senior Programme Support Officer in the implementation and consistent delivery of high quality complex IT programmes and multiple projects of work.
• Experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of programme plans and schedules in accordance with the department's programme management framework and consider programme interdependencies.
