About the role
As the Digital Marketplace Specialist, you will be a Digital Product Owner for the financial wellbeing and banking transactions features in the new Suncorp App.
The new Suncorp Marketplace Mobile App is expected to feature the best-in-class mobile experience and become the market leading application of its kind.
This is an opportunity take your skills to the next level at delivering digital solutions within an Agile digital environment.
More specifically you will:
- Provide operational assistance to the business owner of all financial wellbeing and banking transactions features within the Suncorp App.
- Provide operational support of the alignment across the network of internal stakeholders involved in the implementation of native digital marketplace experiences;
- Facilitate the delivery of the best-in-class financial wellbeing and banking transaction experience for the Suncorp Mobile App;
- Facilitate the delivery of the customer migration from legacy self-service apps and the subsequent decommission of legacy self-service apps;
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers for further clarity of native digital marketplace solution requirements;
- Track performance of native digital marketplace capabilities, explore future growth opportunities, assist the Digital Marketplace Manager with developing the product roadmap;
- Support the operational collaboration with Technology, Data and Labs delivery and infrastructure teams by acting as a digital product owner;
- Support the operational collaboration with UX, Marketing, Customer Strategy and Insights teams;
Knowledge and Experience
- A couple of years of experience operating within a digital / eCommerce environment.
- Able to collaborate as part of a team to deliver digital solutions with proven business outcomes.
- Agile maturity - understanding the principles
- Familiar with JIRA, Confluence and Project Management tools
- Knowledge of user experience and eCommerce practices
- A Tertiary qualification (Bachelor) in a Business, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline is desirable.
