Leading International Consulting firm. Fantastic opportunity for a junior to intermediate level Infrastructure Analyst.

The Infrastructure Analyst must be able strong team player able to work in a challenging environment and be able to support change within the organisation. The ideal candidate will bring previous experiences, best practices, and a collaborative attitude to help drive increased effectiveness in value and quality in workplace services.
- Effective schedule management, financial management, risk and issues management and change management to the workplace projects within their support
- Effectively leading the maintenance of project quality standards by implementing and ensuring adherence to relevant methodologies, processes and tools
- Support the production of accurate and timely reporting on a weekly and monthly basis on project delivery
- Continuous improvements to activities provided that support more efficient delivery of workplace projects
Assignment Deliverables
Provide a range of the services listed below to projects and programs in the overall workplace delivery program for the term of the SOW.
- Program Support - Provide general program management support with raising and tracking of SOWs, purchase orders, invoicing and other financial and reporting processes.
- Procurement support - Provide support for the procurement of workplace equipment for the Mac program, including completing Procurement governance activities, managing financials including obtaining approvals, reporting and asset management.
- Service sourcing and commercial analysis - Provide analytic support for the service sourcing programs including reviewing and analysing commercial proposals and supporting business case development.
Specific technology skills and experience
Previous experience supporting an end user change programs in large, complex enterprise environments. Proven expertise against one or more of the following criteria:
- Commercial / contractual experience – proven history of reviewing and analysing commercial documents
- Process mapping and documentation
- Facilitating and running process and technical workshops, to achieve specific outcomes
- Ability to communicate with commercial, financial, business, risk, and technical stakeholders at all levels.
