What is this role at a high level?
This is initially to cover someone going on parental leave for 6 months. You will be provided with a comprehensive handover and introductions to our key customers. The role is essentially responsible for customer retention and will ensure that the services we are providing are meeting and exceeding their expectations. Post this, you will take on your own patch and work autonomously to grow and manage that.

Someone with a background as an Enterprise Account Manager in the Public Cloud (AWS) domain and a focus on customer retention/ account management.

  • Strategic Account Retention
    • Work with Customer Success Manager and Sales Teams to develop and maintain an account review plan ensuring contact with strategic customers at least once a month, identifying and mitigating issues to mitigate churn
    • Identification of sales opportunities and assist with technical specification
    • Perform monthly technical account reviews for strategic customers
  • Customer Success
    • Respond to all customer requests in less than 24 hours and focus on becoming a Trusted Advisor to aligned customers
