Leading International Consulting firm. Fantastic opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager. Banking industry.
The Infrastructure Delivery Manager must be able to excel in a challenging environment and able to drive quality workplace technology and service solutions at speed within the organisation. The ideal candidate will bring previous experiences, best practices, and a collaborative attitude to help drive increased effectiveness in value and quality of workplace services.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients project managers requiring the delivery of workplace services
- Be the primary point of contact and governance for the clients workplace service delivery partners for project deliverables
- Develop and maintain the project plan for delivery in line with timelines agreed with the project, produce regular and accurate project status reporting and manage project financials and produce regular reporting
- Proactively manage project risk, issues, project resourcing and capacity requirements
Assignment
Workplace Program
The Workplace Program team delivers end user change and commercial delivery projects through internal teams, our delivery partners and 3rd party suppliers. Current initiatives include managed print services, upgrades and implementation of collaboration platforms, desktop change and upgrades and the insourcing of workplace technical functions.
Assignment Deliverables
Manage the end to end delivery of an Apple Mac service for company’s development teams and other groups. Manage projects to deliver of the hardware, support services and integration to the enterprise environment.
Specific technology skills and experience
Previous experience supporting an end user change programs in large, complex enterprise environments. Proven expertise against one or more of the following criteria:
- Commercial / contractual experience – proven history of reviewing and analysing commercial documents
- Process mapping and documentation
- Facilitating and running process and technical workshops, to achieve specific outcomes
- Logistical expertise (changes and deployments to large user base’s > 10,000 users and wide geographical dispersion)
- Ability to communicate with commercial, financial, business, risk, and technical stakeholders at all levels
