Our client is an innovative, progressively minded global software company. They are currently looking for a Business Development manager for their enterprise software business. They are trying to acquire new businesses in the areas of Big Data Analysis, Business Intelligence and IoT through their software applications.

There is a great growth potential since any industries/businesses can be benefited with these technology.

Reporting to the CEO, the primary responsibility of this position is to develop new businesses for the company. 
 

The Key Responsibilities of this position will include but not limited to:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Transform new business opportunities into contracts
  • Implement and execute contracts
  • Market analysis and competitor analysis
  • Development of project opportunities / project consortia
  • Prepare for Bids and tenders
  • Contract negotiation and execution
  • Build strong networks, both internally and externally, that generate business opportunities
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
 
Skills and Experiences Requirements:
  • Must have a proven track record of closing sales
  • Minimum of 3 years B to B business development experience in Australian market through enterprise software sales(preferred) or something similar
  • Salesforce CRM experience and/or sales experience (advantage)
  • Possess strong connection/network
  • Hunter profile / business development mentality, ability and passion for driving consistent new revenue pipeline
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
  • Flexible and adoptable personality
