A new opportunity has become available for a skilled .Net Developer to join their team in North Sydney.
Our client is currently looking for a .Net developer to design, develop and maintain .NET applications. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Programming and Applications Design, with a minimum of 2 years of general IT experience, coupled with tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Main activities:
- Design, code, test and install .NET applications programs up to 75% of the time across multiple platforms
- Prepare and maintain systems and program documentation
- Assist in the analysis and design of applications programs and databases
- Modify and troubleshoot applications programs
- Liaise with users
Key skills
- Developed skills in the .NET language, architecture and design standards
- Developed skills and knowledge of one of the major relational database packages such as Oracle, SQL Server, Access, Sybase or DB2 utilising ODBC interface
- In depth knowledge of .NET tools, including but not limited to: .NET Framework, Visual Studio.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and ADO.NET
- Developed .NET architecture skills and the ability to transfer these to specific project deliverables, including e-commerce models
- Good skills in personal work organisation and time management
