Manager Enterprise Portfolio Manager is currently required for a permanent position to manage 3 Project Managers and manage and improve the Enterprise Portfolio Office.
You will also be required to perform the below:
- Drive the implementation of the transformation and change agenda
- Improve the project and change capability at all levels of the organization by providing internal consultancy
- Lead the provision of enterprise portfolio reporting and analysis
- Lead the implementation of new project and change frameworks and methodologies
- Lead the improvement of governance, risk oversight and assurance of portfolio of projects and provide investment management and business case development and support.
- Develop EMPO requirements to be embedded into business case development and tender processes
- Lead the development of strategic project and external budget bids
To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Manager Enterprise Portfolio Manager who has successfully established and managed enterprise project management offices for large complex organizations. You will also have experience in leading large scale transformation projects. You will also be able to establish good project governance practice. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills are a must.
