We are a locally owned telecommunications company. Our business is expanding and we are looking for a highly motivated telecommunications technician to join our team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Setting up and maintaining PBX telephone systems both remotely and at our customers premises.
• Answering phone calls, monitoring our email accounts, logging jobs and keeping our customers updated.
• Trouble shooting and resolving reported issues.

We are looking for someone who:

• Possesses great communication skills.
• Has the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Is highly motivated and eager to take on and complete tasks.
• Can work independently and works well under pressure.
• Can learn processes and new systems quickly.
• Has telecommunications experience, or has networking experience and is keen to undertake training in telecommunications.

Remuneration:

Your salary will be negotiable based on your experience.
