Our client is one of the biggest IT Vendors in the world and is looking for a Desktop Engineer to assist with one of their clients located in Tomago, near Newcastle.

It is a 6-12-month contract with a view to extend and is Monday to Friday, 7.5hrs a week. Looking to start ideally ASAP with parking on site.

You will be supporting users predominantly around Level 1 and 2 support and be able to provide exceptional customer service to the internal users.

To be suitable you will have:

You must be eligible to work in Australia (minimum PR)
Experience working with Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook
Experience providing support across Windows and Microsoft technologies, hardware and software, Active Directory
Ability to work with tight deadlines and respond well to pressure
