We’re on the hunt for new additions to our Technical Support Team. Based in Sydney, we’re a cool crew of 100, with one mission in mind – to keep our customers happy and our competitors envious. Small businesses and large brands globally rely on our ability to keep their websites in top form, through leading-edge hosting solutions, outstanding service and support that meets the demands of modern day business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Interested in a career in Systems Administration, Network Administration, Data Centre Operations or Software Development? Then we have a great starting platform for you!

We are looking for Technical Support Representatives who can support our customers via phone and email. Work your way up to Systems Admin, Network Admin or other areas you may interested in – we'll support and train you to get there. We pay above industry wage depending on your experience. We are very generous to dedicated staff and reward accordingly.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting shared / Cloud and dedicated hosting customers via email and telephone.
  • Troubleshooting of Web, DNS, email and MySQL server issues
  • Documenting articles for our support platform
  • Knowledge of cPanel or other control panels is a must
  • Developing your networking and Linux admin skills
