PDO Analyst - 3 Months + extensions  -  $657 inc super -  NSW Government 

We are currently looking for PDO Analyst to join one of the largest NSW Government departments and work on the change program. 

The position

The PDO Analyst is primarily responsible for the collection of key program status updates and program metrics from project leads, project managers and PDO team. After analysis they will draft the program report for consideration by the Executive Director and other key governance forums. The PDO Analyst will own and manage the reporting life cycle within the Program. 

Required Skills 

• 4-5 years of experience in Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst, Coordinator or similar role working on ICT projects.
• Experience in working within a structured project management framework such as PRINCE2
• Experience in establishment and application of Program Management Office standards and processes
• Experience in multi-level reporting across a range of projects and programs
• Proven exposure to the end to end project life-cycle
• Qualification(s) in Project and/or Program Management discipline(s) is highly desirable
• Well-developed communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and confidentiality
• Experience in IT and Government projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint
