The Opportunity:

The role of Product Data Maintenance is responsible for the accurate management of the Inenco Group’s item master data and adherence of standards required for item data as directed by the business.  You will have People oriented/skills with a Logical and systematic approach to problem solving with a flexible approach to issue resolution. Data Maintenance centred role with opportunity to learn and develop into a Data Analyst.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accurately manage assigned tasks for item master data creation and maintenance within a reasonable timeframe
  • Responsible for the accurate management of the Inenco Group’s item master data and adherence of standards required for item data as directed by the business
  • Consult and document item data standards with Category Product Managers and key business stakeholders
  • Provide support for the reconciliation and monitoring of item data synchronisation between impacted systems
  • Ensuring any product data related risks which will impact data integrity and/or business-as-usual are escalated for resolution
  • Proficient use of excel spread sheets

Criteria:

  • Relevant tertiary education is not essential but would be well-regarded in the areas of engineering; data management; systems management; or supply chain
  • Exposure to ERP (SAP, PRONTO etc), or Ecommerce (Magento, Shopify etc) platforms an advantage but not essential Process development and implementation an advantage, but not essential
  • Intermediate customer service skills
  • Minimum intermediate Excel skills
  • Industrial engineering and supply chain - data maintenance experience 1-2 years preferred
