A highly motivated customer-focused Project Manager is required to join this company to manage customer-driven projects, supporting the growth of Cloud infrastructure and Managed Services. The PM will sit within the Projects and BAU teams, utlising their skills to manage processes of both- improving delivery efficiency, operational stability and business viability. 

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery resources in the end to end management of hardware, software and systems to provide scalable managed services solutions for multiple projects
• Identify and instruct on resource requirements, constraints and dependencies along with solutions and delivery strategies to achieve project objectives 
• Provide status information to project stakeholders and internal governance panels
• Proactively identify, communicate and mitigate risks whilst complying with all change management policies

Ideal background and "must-haves"

• 5+ years experience in a similar role (within an MSP environment)
• Proven capability to effectively manage projects from end-to-end
• Sound understanding of the underlying technologies involved in project implementations;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Understands QA principles for validation and verification;
• Experience with Prince 2 and Agile methodologies 
• ITIL fundamentals certifications and PMI certification
