About the role
A role has become available for a Dynamics NAV Support Consultant. Reporting to the Support Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of support issues generated for customers - including recording, resolution and issue escalation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Record all customer correspondence
  • Resolve customer issues and update the database
  • Update all support steps based on service and escalate any product issues
  • Update and capture training and sales opportunities
  • Provide NAV support for all Eclipse employees
  • Record calls for other support team members
  • Create new ‘knowledge base’ articles
  • Complete support documentation
 
About you
To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years MS Dynamics NAV experience. Expertise in the Financials, Production or Logistics environment will be ideal.  
To succeed in this role you will be passionate about providing a great level of service to your customers. You will have great communication skills, be adaptive and work well under pressure.
