Data Action (DA) provides outstanding technology services and software products to a large number of Australian mutual banking institutions.
We have a 2 year contract position available for a full-time DevOps Engineer in our Adelaide-based team to automate our web-based application deployments, monitoring and infrastructure provisioning. We work primarily with headless Windows based servers, with .NET, PowerShell, and Octopus Deploy, and with a smattering of AWS - so excellent skills in these areas is highly desirable, but we will support and train the right person if required.
To be successful in this role you will not only have solid technical skills, and a keen intellect, you'll need a wicked sense of humour and a make it so attitude.
This role would suit someone with strong problem-solving skills, a firm grasp of software development fundamentals, a love of all things automation, and a desire to turn the most complex deployment topology into a thing of elegance.
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Computer Science/Software Development discipline, along with the right to work unrestricted in Australia.
