The company:
This international corporation is looking for additional Data Scientists (2x) with strong algorithmic and statistical modelling skills within an e-commerce environment for their Sydney CBD team. From a Data Analytics perspective, this company is at the absolute forefront of innovation with an expectation of accuracy and service from its customers. Worldwide, this company is a household name and it's more than likely you've utilised their services within the last 3 months.

The opportunity:
You will focus on targeting and maximising ROI by harnessing customer demand and consistently pushing innovation. This role will see you liaise with other consultants across Asia Pacific and be supported by your existing marketing teams, sales teams and also technical teams on a daily basis. We require someone who is professional, customer facing and also confident in generating additional sales as a result of your decisions - you will receive additional bonuses as part of your salary too.

Your capabilities:
Suitable candidates will be confident in their abilities using Python, R, Scala, SQL and Big Data solutions such as Hadoop/ Spark / PIG and Hive.

Expect to be asked about:
Market Mix Modelling, Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Clustering and Classification, Smoothing, Hypothesis Testing, Random Forests, Neural Networks, Boosting, A/B Testing etc.
