Support Analyst
Responsible for all aspects of client support including managing, analyzing and diagnosing issues, with regards to their use of the CRM system. This includes direct client contact via phone, email, and live chat; and liaison with other departments within the company, and third-party entities.
Required:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.

Excellent Communication skills dealing with both technical and non-technical issues.

Excellent attention to detail.

Intermediate IT skills i.e. Microsoft Office.
- Prior Real Estate and/or Box+Dice experience desired
Key Responsibilities:

Be the point of contact and response to client enquiries via internal ticket system.

Receive support cases in a timely manner to completion of issue.

Provide clients with clear, accurate support regarding their queries via phone, email, or live chat.

Liaise with Product, IT, Accounts, Account Managers, and Management as needed for various other enquires.

Liaise with external entities as required to ensure issues are resolved or required tasks completed. These entities include Portals, Media Vendors, 3rd Party Website Developers, and SMS providers.

Ensure ZenDesk is constantly up to date by uploading new cases and removing old cases.

Ensure all business activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
